There has been damage to vehicles in Fritchley.
Dog fouling can be reported anonymously by visiting the Amber Valley Borough Council website.

Cty. Cllr. Jackson was asked what was being done about the problem of Himalayan Balsam � an advisory leaflet is being produced in conjunction with Derbyshire Wildlife Trust.
Cty Cllr Jackson will liaise with an officer at DCC regarding the STW project.

��� �The Planning application has now been lodged with AVBC who have appointed Joy Armstrong to deal with the application on their behalf. A public exhibition will be held at the Glebe Field Centre on Tuesday 17th April between 3.30 pm and 8.00 pm. A principal contractor will be appointed by May and the decision is likely in September. Chair has been in contact with STW regarding the composition of the liaison group which will be convened in May��
Standing Orders � Chair has studied these and annotated, amended copies will be circulated to members for their perusal and approval at future meetings.
Crich Fete � a letter has been received from the Fete Committee affirming that they will not be using any parking facilities at the Glebe on the day of the Fete. It was agreed that the Glebe management should provide security at the entrance of the site in order to ensure that their hirers’ parking rights would be protected. Council expressed support for the Fete.
Queens Diamond Jubilee � the Parish Beacon will be lit by Cllr. Brierton subject to the appropriate Risk Assessment being undertaken. The Parish Council is not planning any other activities.
Road flooding at Potters Lane � this matter is not resolved and Cllr Steppings offered to monitor the situation when and if the wet weather returns
Level of increase of monthly payment to Glebe Field Trust � RESOLVED: to raise the contribution from the Parish Council by 5% backdated to April 2012. The new monthly contribution will be �628.43
Donation to Crich Area Community News RESOLVED to increase the annual donation to �150
AVA/2012/0300 Causeway Farm, Plaistow green Rd. � demolition of 4 existing chalet units to be replaced by 2 semi-detached chalet accommodation for the riding centre.(Re-submission) �OBJECTION on the grounds that this is not an operational riding school and the proposal represents a change of use.

A letter and an email complaining about the Precept increase � Council agreed that the reply sent by Clerk explaining the rationale behind the increase was appropriate.
