No police present but Clerk was instructed to report the on-going problems with obstructive parking on Sandy Lane and outside Victoria House.
Clerk was asked to report the following to DCC:
The dirty state of the footpath between Sun Lane and The Tors.
The pot hole at the top of Hollins Lane.
AVBC Cllr Thorpe presented a written report.
Cty. Cllr Williams reported progress on getting dropped curbs to enable wheelchair access around Fritchley.
The Minutes were approved and signed.
The next meeting of the STW Reservoir Liaison Group will take place on 21 June 2013 Resolved: Members to encourage residents concerned about lorry movements to report those concerns to Costain with details of times and registration numbers.
Market Place Development Resolved: send the planning applications to AVBC
Planters � it was noted that the planters are now in position. The planter on the traffic island at Bulling Lane has drawn attention to the untidy road signage at that site. Resolved: this issue to be put on the agenda for the July meeting.
Parish land � Chair will report at the next meeting.
Open meeting � the invitation letter and list of those organisations to be invited was approved. Resolved: Clerk to send out the invitations
