Emergency Response Plan Cllr. Clark has studied the requirements which seem to be worthy but excessive. There are 32 categories of required information, only 8 of which are already in the public domain. To provide information on the others would (a) take a great deal of research (b) risk breaching privacy laws e.g. who in the community has a boat/chainsaw/first aid qualification/sandbags/generator/fire-fighting experience etc. After a long discussion it was agreed that Cllr Clark would again try to contact the responsible officer at DCC.
Burial Ground Charges these will be reviewed by the Finance committee in the light of charges made by other local authorities and the impact the Burial Ground has on Parish finances

Cllr. Bateman reports that the shed at Wakebridge which was the subject of an enforcement order has been removed.
The Scouts have provided some of the information required by the Council before it would finalise the grant of 6,000. Council did not consider this information to be adequate and Clerk was instructed to follow the matter up.
