Pleasure boat on the Cromford Canal, Hag Tunnel in 1912: Hugh Potter

The five miles of the Cromford Canal between Cromford and Ambergate lie within the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site. This is the longest length of canal within a UK World Heritage Site and we are pleased to have this opportunity to invite visitors from far and wide to discover it.
All events are free and there is ample parking at Cromford Wharf, as well as a good local train service from Derby and the frequent Transpeak bus service from Manchester and Nottingham.
